What lives in the sky. Hi if you are reading this you are looking frew my diary. So I have been seeing things jumping on stars.They are rainbow colors each one a different color. They are heading south and I live in the west it's a far journey for such little creatures. I wonder where they go at day time what if they jump down from the stars, they might have wings.Im really excited to learn more about these creatures. For now i'm going to call them aliens. Hi today I’m going to talk to you about Pests. They are killing our native birds, And it is not ok, we need to do something! Kiwis and tui’s will all be extinct because of pest. Possums are eating all the berries off the trees so birds have nothing to eat and even worse some possums are sleeping in the trees so birds have nowhere to sleep, birds are losing their homes because of pest. It is our fault we are letting this happen. We can't let this wait  until 2030 there will be  no birds or native creatures to save it will be people  that will help the animals, we need to get rid of pest and fast. Kiwis can not fly so wessels that crawl on the ground can easily catch the kiwi and there eggs. New Zealand's native birds became flightless including the kakapo parrot the kiwi, the takahe and the world's largest bird. Now that  i've talked more then enough about endangered animals and pest let's get on with something else. Nature is also getting destroyed....

Today I told a story about how kyra and I first met! I learned how to sequence a code to tell a story. I had fun learning more about coding today. I love coding in class.

Today in class we did coding, the program is called Imaginator. To play the game you need to push the green flag. Then you push the space bar to chose your home. After that you push the space bar again to chose your job.  And it tells you your future. I had fun doing this activity with my class we got to learn a lot more about coding.

Once upon a time there lived a wolf he was very hungry he felt like eating a boy.  So he thought that he would sneak into the boys house and eat him for tea, but the boy heard everything because he was in the tree hole. He got his mother and  ran as far as he could. However the wolf never found him again? The wolf looked everywhere? The boy was laughing the hole way to the next town. I used pobble to inspire me for writing, I am learning to use punctuation correctly in my writing. Next time I will edit before posting.

This week in coding we did a story about tia the cat we could use. I have enjoyed doing coding this term. we used music too  it was really fun.😀😃😃💋

In our classroom we have lot's of different furniture we have tables that are triangle with purple spots and brown lined chairs. The chairs are used for sitting on the tables are used for doing our work, The playground at oratia school is amazing . They have monkey bars and slides. The slide is green the monkey bars are purple with glitter. They are used for playing on. The swimming pool is down by room 15. The swimming pool is 25 feet long . It is blue n the inside and  yellow on the outside it is used for swimming in.

I really enjoyed sharing my learning with my family I shared my goals and my learning journal also my presentation  it was really cool my family really enjoyed seeing what I  do at school. IN week 8 we got to use any sprite we wanted .We used the when i receive and broadcast and wait block. THe crab was selling something .

i'm famous for being a princes  the setting will be in a big castle  i'm going to start saying hello  and a robber comes and takes my sunglasses i call my night to get it back  at the end the setting will change to a river then i get my crown back but then i become queen of the world. i find a gold and diamond

in coding this week the task was to  create a story that  the audience can choses the path and the  plot to. I learned to use different blocks like if or else  ask and wait also answer. The if block is used to make a choice.

in coding this week the task was to we used a broadcast block and a when i receive block i learnt that we can make lots a different things and fairytales.a broadcast & wait block and broadcast block is different because a broadcast & wait block waits for the thing to finish before it moves on.

is coding this week the task was to create a rainy day scene with dialogue.I learnt that we can recreate rainy days with lighting. we used a forever block and a repeat block.
